Patriotic Dessert

~This recipe is a favorite in our family for either Memorial Day or the Fourth of July.

Ingredients:

Refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbls. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
50 blueberries
1-2 pkgs. strawberries, cut into quarters

Roll cookie dough onto a jelly roll pan and bake according to package directions. Cool before frosting. Meanwhile beat cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla together. Spread on cooled cookie. Top with blueberries and strawberries in the pattern of our flag. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy! Serves 24.
