About two months ago a reporter from Leavenworth Times interviewed T.J. about winning the
essay contest in March. After that interview, T.J. made the comment that he would prefer a face-to-face interview.
A few days later Phil Whit from Fox4 News called and wanted to know if T.J. would do an interview - a TV interview! T.J. wasn't too sure he liked the idea of a face-to-face interview anymore! :)
We thought it would be a studio interview, but they wanted to come to our house!
The
interview will be airing this Wednesday, July 7th, as part of the segment 'Reaching 4 Excellence' on Fox4. (Sometime between 9-10pm)
