This summer has gone by way to fast! But even though it seemed way to short, we did manage to have some fun.
We canned 20 some quarts of applesauce with our summer apples.

On one of the hottest days we tried frying an egg on the pavement. We've always wanted to try this and since of have had dozens upon dozens of eggs this summer, Mom actually let us do it. :) Unfortunately, the egg didn't fry very well, but it did melt and sort of fried into an unappetizing, rubbery glob.
Meanwhile, T.J. has been living in Virginia working two internships and spending a lot of time with a certain girl and her family. :)
