'The Child' Showing

During the last week T.J. organized and hosted two showings of the documentary The Child. This documentary is about the looming threat to the rights of American parents to raise their own children.

In the name of "furthering children's rights," the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) is seeking to strip parents of the right to raise their children. The CRC makes government and a 18 member panel in Geneva the ultimate deciding authority. 

In response ParentalRights.org is actively pursuing an Amendment to our Constitution to protect parental rights. For more information and to sign the petition go to parentalrights.org.

Between the two showings we had over ninety people come!! 

Last night was a great success! Our Kansas House representative came and is fired up to get a resolution passed in the Kansas house. (Picture: T.J. talking to Rep. Connie O'Brien and Mr. O'Brien) We are set up to walk in the St. Patrick's Day parade - thanks to John Bradford, our local party chairman (on the far left in the picture). And another friend volunteered to help set up a Kansas website!!
