Church Campout

It was a full weekend of food, fellowship, teaching, games, and sports. This year three of the young men of our church spoke at various times over the weekend.  T.J. gave the devotional on Saturday.

We had a good bit of rain on Saturday, but that didn't stop some people from playing soccer and ultimate frisbee.  The rest of us who didn't care to be cold and wet stayed busy playing games inside.

Mrs. Spratt taught the children's program this year.

The kids were divided into two teams and they were each trying to raise more money for wheelchairs than the other team.  Anyone who noticed them being helpful or doing something kind would put money in their teams' jar.  Bethany and Andrew were extremely helpful all weekend - from tying quilts to helping in the kitchen. Great job Bethany and Andrew!

One family brought a cider press so we made several gallons of cider. We cut the bad parts out of the apples first though! :)

Mmmm...yummy!!
